Synopsis/Objectives:
This programme is designed to raise the awareness around mental health and the importance of looking after ourselves.
Objectives:
By the end of the day participants will be able to:
- Identify what is meant by mental health
- Identify some of the definitions and terms used in relation to mental health
- Recognise many of the issues associated with poor mental health conditions e.g., anxiety and depression and how we can recognise the signs and symptoms to be able to support individuals
- Be aware of the impact that poor mental health can have on our physical health, our performance at work, our friendships and relationships

Synopsis/Objectives:
An interactive programme exploring issues around suicide -allowing participants to ask the difficult questions associated with suicide and help connect people at risk of suicide to the right support.
Objectives:
By the end of the programme participants will be able to:
- Identify persons with thoughts of suicide
- Gain the skills and confidence to ask the difficult questions associated with suicide and
- Connect persons with thoughts of suicide to suicide first aid resources

Synopsis/Objectives
Anxiety is one of the most common mental health conditions. This interactive programme will look at the physical and emotional impact of anxiety and help attendees identify healthy coping mechanisms in managing anxiety.
Objectives:
By the end of the training attendees will be able to:
- Identify and recognise the signs of anxiety
- Explore the origin of their anxiety
- Find healthy coping mechanisms to manage their anxiety
- Support an individual with anxiety

Synopsis/Objectives
An interactive workshop practicing how to be a good listener and supporting other people in a helping role.
Objectives:
By the end of the programme participants will be able to:
- Identify the qualities of a good listener
- Identify and use active listening skills (listening, reflecting, questioning)
- Use a basic helping skills model in supporting another person
- Reflect on boundaries, confidentiality and its limitations
- Reflect on appropriateness of offering support and possible referral options

Synopsis/Objectives
An engaging and very beneficial workshop looking at positive and negative relationships; what is meant by a “toxic” relationship and the impact of this and how we can communicate in a more positive way to enhance our relationships.
Objectives:
By the end of the course participants will be able to:
- Identify what is a healthy relationship, and an unhealthy relationship and how we end up in one
- Look at the impact our behaviour can have on the relationship and choices
- Explore the impact negative behaviour can have on physical and mental health, confidence, self-esteem and self-acceptance

Synopsis/Objectives
An interactive workshop encouraging young people to reflect on people’s feelings and how to support young people who are being bullied.
Objectives:
By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:
- Identify what is bullying
- Be aware of the impact of bullying
- Describe thoughts, feelings and actions of different people in a bullying scenario
- Reflect on their own values and assumptions
- Identify helpful behaviors

Synopsis/Objectives
This programme is designed to help raise the awareness of friendship skills and how to deal with friendship issues.
Objectives:
By the end of the day, participants will be able to:
- Identify what qualities are important in a friend
- Be aware of black and white thinking
- Be aware of the impact of friends falling out
- Be able to describe different sides of a conflict situation
- Be able to name qualities other people see in them

Duration: 2 hours programme that is very adaptable to suit various age ranges
Audience: 15 years over
Synopsis/Objectives
Raise awareness of anger, triggers and coping mechanisms
Objectives:
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- List advantages and disadvantages of getting angry
- Identify where they feel anger in their body
- Describe ways to deal with anger before losing control
- Identify their own personal Anger Triggers
- Reflect on how to get out of a situation which would result in them losing control
- Use some basic relaxation techniques

Audience: Adults and 15 years over
Synopsis/Objectives
This workshop helps us raise the awareness of the importance of emotional regulation – basically identify the signs and triggers earlier than normal and take control so that we can manage our emotions better.
Objectives:
By the end of the day, participants will be able to:
- Identify and list what triggers strong feelings
- Describe the effect emotional overload might have
- Identify coping mechanisms that are helpful on a short and long-term basis
- Describe their support system
- Identify things they like about others and themselves
- Take away a tool they can use to cope with strong feelings

Synopsis/Objectives
The aim of this programme is to increase the awareness of factors affecting self-esteem and personal strengths.
Objectives:
By the end of the day, participants will be able to:
- Describe factors that affect self esteem
- Identify the role of realistic self appraisal and expectations in fostering self esteem
- Identify how they can support others
- Identify how they can use their own support systems
- Identify things they like about others
- Be able to identify things others like about them

Synopsis/Objectives
The aim of this programme is to increase the awareness of signs, symptoms and behaviors in relation to depression as well as look at some of the challenges and social stigmas attached to this condition
Objectives:
By the end of the day, participants will be able to:
- Identify what is depression and how it can impact on individuals and families.
- Explore the impact depression can have on mood, sleep, diet and use of substances
- Look at some of the challenges we face with depression in terms of standard of performance in the workplace/school setting.
- Explore how the risks of suicide and self harm can greatly increase with depression
- Talk about some of the stigmas attached to depression and how this can result in people with depression not being able to reach out for help.

Synopsis/Objectives
This experiential programme is to educate those who are working with victims of stalking directly, so they understand fully what they are going through, and how best to assist them.
Objectives:
By the end of the day participants will be able to:
- Know what it feels like to be stalked with real examples and stories of victims.
- Understand the mental health impact on the victim.
- Gain understanding on the motivation and profiling of the stalker.
- Qualitive research used for UK Police Training and comparative laws in Europe.
- What is effective and supportive to help victims when first presenting.
